At The Halifax Watch Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our Halifax boutique with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty booklets are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to one of our in-store associates.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
